Yoga Nidra targets Alpha brain waves, allowing the body to relax from the inside out. This practice promotes healthy sleep, relaxation, tension release, and balance of body & mind. Following the meditation practitioners are immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls. Each bowl resonates with a chakra in the body, aiming to release blockages within that chakra, allowing for greater balance and harmony within the body.

Effortlessly release negative patterns of the mind & reduce stress naturally during this relaxing musical meditation. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, reduce brain wave activity, slow respiratory & heart rate creating the perfect condition to release blocked energy and bring the body back into alignment.
We deal with so many life stressors that can create or worsen anxiety. This class is a great way to restore balance. Participants will practice restorative yoga postures, pranayama, mudras and meditation that aid in the alleviation of stress and anxiety. Essential oils will be diffused and weighted sandbags will be used to enhance your experience of relaxation, release, and deep restoration.
Join Dawn for a yin & restorative yoga workshop designed to relieve stress and tension while facilitating healing and relaxation. Experience revitalization of your body, mind, and spirit. Poses will be held for 3 to 7 minutes, benefiting both the physical and energetic body. Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which help cultivate a calm mind, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help with understanding emotions. Games, drawing, stories and music make this an engaging class for your little love!(*must be potty trained!)
This class is for athletes from 5th to 12th grade who would like to prepare their bodies and minds for peak performance in athletics. Regularly practicing yoga can help breathing, flexibility ,improve motion in the joints, and increase blood flow along with building strength, confidence and endurance. Yoga can also help prevent injuries and speed recovery from strenuous workouts.

Come join Casey N. for a detoxifying and restorative 40 minute yoga flow. Followed by a one hour meditation, during which each participant will receive 10-15 minutes of Reiki to encourage relaxation, promote overall healing, and a balanced body, mind and soul. Closing our spa day with a choice of various traditional aura-cleansing rituals.

Inamojo™ offers wellbeing programs for children of elementary school age. Our programs nurture creativity and imagination through play while addressing all levels of healthy developmental growth: physical, cognitive, emotional and social.
Weaving original music and stories with mindful practices such as meditation, breath awareness, expressive movement and art, inamojo wellbeing programs nurture children on inner journeys of self-enquiry, self-discovery, and self-awareness.
Inamojo is based on the eastern integrative ‘map’ of the chakra system, together with Jungian psychology and a variety of contemporary Early Childhood Development theories. These foundations are not discussed explicitly in inamojo classes, obviously, but they underpin and drive the key developmental themes in each class: trusting instincts; emotional expression; self-esteem; compassion; communication; intuition and imagination; and self-awareness.
