Restorative Yoga for the Low Back & Hips

This restorative, floor-based class cultivates full-body awareness while gently targeting the hips and lower back. Poses are held longer to encourage deep release and create space in areas where tension and stress often accumulate. The practice supports easing lower back discomfort, enhancing mobility, and softening emotional holding. Class concludes with the deeply healing practice of Yoga Nidra and an extended savasana, leaving both body and mind profoundly relaxed.SIGN UP


Mindfulness Exercises: A Quiet Retreat

Restorative Yoga for Stress & Anxiety

We deal with so many life stressors that can create or worsen anxiety. This class is a great way to restore balance. Participants will practice restorative yoga postures(supported postures using no muscular effort, held for 5-10 minutes), calming pranayama, mudras and guided meditation that serve to alleviate stress and anxiety. Essential oils will be diffused and weighted sandbags will be used to enhance your experience of relaxation, release, and deep restoration. SIGN UP
