Sonia Gomes, RYT-200, is a bi-cultural yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice. She teaches Vinyasa, Gentle, and Chair Yoga, guiding students to move with the breath, listen to the body, and find steadiness and ease on the mat. Drawing on her background as a psychotherapist (LICSW), she brings a deep understanding of the nervous system to her teaching — her classes are a space to practice, reconnect, and come home to the body. In addition to studio classes, Sonia offers private sessions and workshops on embodied yoga practice. She teaches in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
