" Growing up in Massachusetts, I started dancing when I was 3 years old. I settled down in Rhode Island after graduating from Bryant University. I began working but always had a passion for movement. My dance background helped me to easily enter into the fitness world in 2011. I began my part time fitness instructor career with Zumba and it quickly developed into multiple different practices such as Pilates, Barre, TRX, and spin. My current focus for teaching is Pilates Mat and low impact cardio strength movement. I have fully enjoyed instructing over the years, and learning new styles while being inspired by so many individuals. I love connecting with individuals and sharing my knowledge of body movement to help us all live functional lives! "
