"I took my first yoga class is 2010 during one of the most challenging times of my life, and I was hooked from the start. As I began a regular practice I felt strong, connected, and gained greater clarity in my life. The tools of yoga have been such a blessing to me over the years, helping me physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, carrying me through the highs and lows of life. I am passionate about studying and learning about yoga history, traditions and practices and applying these to my life. Learning and practicing help me to best serve all the beautiful, amazing people that I have met over the years.
