Jaime has been practicing yoga for 7 years. She began the practice as a way to calm her mind from a very busy lifestyle. It wasn’t long before she noticed the numerous benefits yoga had to offer! She received her 200Hr Yoga Certification in 2018 (followed by other certifications including Yoga Nidra Meditation, Sound Healing, & Reiki) and began her teaching journey right away. Jaime has been a full time Yoga Instructor for almost 2 years.
She enjoys introducing the practice of yoga to beginners, though all levels are always welcome! Her classes promote calmness, clarity, energy, and balance to the mind and body.
In her free time, Jaime enjoys being out in the sunshine enjoying nature, playing acoustic guitar and singing, and relaxing with her boyfriend in their new home.
